• Cut lawn

• Ensure there’s plenty of light including the stairway
• If dark and gloomy, paint walls and ceiling a light color
• Pack away items you won’t need until after you move
• Repair any cracks in basement floor

• Dispose of unnecessary items
• Make it clean and spacious
• Vacuum or sweep garage floor
• Remove cob webs from corners and ceilings
• Repaint doors and walls if scuffed
• Repair broken or sagging garage doors
