Raised in a family of professional home builders of over 40 years experience, Joe has surrounded himself with the knowledge of quality homes. In addition, Joe credits the values instilled by his father and grandfather's attention to detail upbringing as being vital to his knowledge to help prospective buyers or sellers to make the most informed real estate decision of their lives.
A Maple Ridge resident since 1997, At the young age of four, Joe was active in Martial Arts becoming the youngest in Canada to receive his black belt by the age of seven. This accomplishment at such a young age shows how truly dedicated and hard working he is as a REALTOR®.
Joe also played quarterback for the Meadow Ridge Knights Minor Football Association and Pitt Meadows Secondary School teaching him to be a leader, a team player and to be competitive to strive to be the best. Joe received many awards for his accomplishments as a quarterback including three team MVP awards and Conference All Star.
Joe now coaches and mentors the High School football team. He will take the life lessons learned from his football playing & coaching days to use them in his profession as a Real Estate Agent.
An incredibly driven person, Joe believes in keeping on top of current real estate trends and always stays update on real estate education in order to provide clients with current and competent service. Joe was fortunate enough to begin this real estate journey as a REALTOR® along side of one of his best friend’s Matt Olson and his father Ritch Olson and is an integral part of the Olson Team, specializing in real estate throughout Pitt Meadows, Maple Ridge and Langley.
