Our professional photographer will capture high-quality digital photos that highlight your home's features and living space to attract the right buyers. We will host open houses, provide expert guidance and advice during negotiations, and support you throughout the entire home-selling process—ensuring a smooth, successful sale and closing.
Our commission is 2% of your homes sale price, plus a $950 brokerage fee. Homes under $900k are a flat fee of $18,950.
