Step 1: Let’s Talk

Step 3: Listing Paperwork
Once you’ve decided to move forward with us, we’ll meet to go over all the necessary documents and make sure everything is in order:

- Agency Disclosures: We’ll go over your rights and our responsibilities as your agents, and get your signature on the disclosure forms.
- Property Disclosures: We’ll discuss any known issues or features of your home that need to be disclosed to buyers.
- Other Forms: We’ll take care of any additional paperwork that’s required to get your home on the market.

Step 5: Picture Day – Showcasing Your Home
This is when your home gets ready to shine online and in print. On picture day, we:
- Bring in a professional photographer to take high quality photos
- Verify measurements and details of your home for accuracy
- Note your homes unique features that will help your home stand out
- Install the “For Sale” sign and directional signage (if allowed)
This step makes sure your home looks its absolute best when buyers start browsing.
Step 6: Listing Launch – You’re Live!
